I don't know about Binance US but Euro Binance is losing thousands of customers daily due to their decision do do a new KYC that does not work. I just gave up and moved everything off it.

I have been fully verified and using it for years. Introduced a new KYC that must be completely automated. rejected all my IDs and documents repeatedly. Told me it was going to limit the account on the 30th so I just took everything off it. I'd say if CZ knew how badly his KYCs teams hate boner for his users was costing him he'd go mental. I can't be bothered installing and uninstalling their app on a mobile and repeatedly submitting photos and scans to them All the documents and IDs were valid. Shit is fucked.

But it was not just me it was also my GF and my brother...same shit.

Binance Europe have fucked up massively. Maybe it is deliberate and self inflicted who knows.

I don't actually doubt that. I also don't doubt they are loosing 100s-1000s of customers a day since their new KYC is broken AND they asked their entire userbase to reverify using it when it does not fucking work.

That's what I am saying. It is NOT out of no where they did it to the entire user base and I don't know a single person who the new KYC worked for when they submitted documents and it is not just everyone I know who used it in my country either it's also someone I know in another EU country who was asking me about it because now its trying to match a non existent 'post code' there. It would not accept my ID and decided the bank statement from the same account I had versified with them on already a bricks and mortar bank was now an address that die not match even though it is identical. Then it did it again on a pension statement. It's fucking broken. Completely broken. Hilariously enough you can't even delete thye account without an ID it recognises and it recognises NONE OF THEM ANYMORE.

Correct. It does not stop withdrawals as of initial deactivation mine was due to go withdrawal only on the 30th so I just got everything off there. I have tried to KYC daily for a week with different documents, via the app, via the website, taking pictures of myself etc etc . You can get the crypto out while it is withdrawal only but I did not wait until the 30th. I'm pissed off because I actually liked binance. I even like CZ. Funds may well be safu but that is useless to me if the binace kyc team go psycho randomly and stop me buying or selling. Why the fuck would they get the whole userbase to do it again anyway? They had a full set of good docs and ID from me to begin with and no I'm gone.

Yes, I am unable to trade, deposit and withdraw fiat now, but I still can trade and send crypto.
To me it's on purpose. Now it would be the time to buy (at least more so than months ago), so the timing just tells me that they are trying to get as much info as possible from the people desperate to buy the dip.
I just refused to even try the new KYC, I accept what I've deposited before as enough.
