They probably test the ones that don't push the agenda like expected. They're all on gear and this heart attack won't be the last. They constantly have to get tested but it's based on a known set of PEDs. The latest batch is probably dangerous but when hundreds of millions of dollars a year are on the line you'd probably inject the mystery science too.
