All this proposal really is, is a Client Update Proposal that will open up the IBC bridges between LUNC and LUNA so that liquidity can flow between them. This is a good thing, as we want LUNC to be able to be connected to the wider Cosmos ecosystem so liquidity from other chains in the Cosmos ecosystem can easily come to LUNC.

LUNA is just one chain amongst many. Opening the IBC bridges to as many chains as possible is going to be key to LUNC's long term growth, and this is just a first step of many.
