I think that means america is a dead-end nation that will soon lose it’s hegemony status due to faction based infighting of geriatric fucks trying to sabotage their own plans (???) by making america inhospitable to crypto in a desperate attempt to maintain relevancy and get their grubby little fingers in a stranglehold on an emerging market at all costs including dropping all pretenses. Meanwhile nations of note are just following the agenda laid out by the elite puppeteers and going full steam ahead with crypto. How did they fumble the ball so hard that everybody with a brain knows it’s blatant corruption while fighting their faction scuffle?

I think ripple will take off all over the world and then america begrudgingly joins in out of FOMO from the public.

If you view the US and the other countries as a group of so-called friends (bad/good/whatever). The alpha in any group is always dependent of his followers following. The followers are like the board of directors, and they know they have greater power than the alpha. Once he's lost respect of the followers, removal of the alpha needs to be strategic. All of the following nations hate the goddamn alpha and have no respect for the US. They laugh at the US behind its back and are waiting to kick its dick in the dirt and divide its assets. Ripple did not want to settle because the SEC is not just looking for a fine. The SEC motion is for the CEO and founder to pay back the money they earned from dumping on retail investors and to prevent Ripple from selling the remainder of the supply they have locked up which is not secondary market.

>Ripple did not want to settle because the SEC is not just looking for a fine
Ripple did not want to settle because the SEC was looking for a fine without acknowledging XRP as a non-security, leaving it in a gray area with the possibility of another lawsuit. Ripple was willing to pay a fine for the 2013-2015 XRP sales, but only if future sales and sales on the secondary market were deemed as non-security, thus settling the matter once and for all.

It will handle everything. Correct. All interbank clearing will use xrp as its wrapping asset. Banks have been waiting thousands of years for a system which is transparent, secure, trustless, cheap, and proven. Ripple has created that solution.
>>54114909
The escrow can be burnt at any time and the delay has been due to Hinman's emails and the question of clarity. The initial dollar amounts are pretty paltry compared to Ripple'a post-clarity valuation. Just like this anon said:

Moby Dick was like a 4/10 reading experience, it's an actual chore to read it. Like 70% is a tedious autistic read about melting blubber and storing oil. The book itself is like a 5.5 because the Ahab story is alright. Though it's not Ahab's story it's an autistic documentation of how the guy once worked on some whaling ship.

This. Just read the abbreviated children's version to my 5 year old son.

Robinson Crusoe is a real classic as well although it does have SOME autistic documentation.

For anons that are retarded I highly recommend the Great Illustrated Classics collection. You can read them and pretend to have read the real book.
Only a super inquisitive autist would be able to sniff out you didn't.

>> No.54130074

It was a Tuesday, just like any other Tuesday, when Gary woke up in his mother's basement. He stretched his arms and legs, sat up, and counted the various pizza boxes and Mountain Dew cans scattered around the room. He stopped counting when he got to 21, because he realized it was time to go online. Gary was a master of the internet. He could navigate the darkest corners of 4chan with ease, and he knew every meme before it even hit Reddit. It was on one of his daily internet expeditions that he stumbled upon an advertisement for Red Rabbit token. Gary had never been one for math, but something about the numbers behind Red Rabbit caught his attention. The price had been rising steadily over the past few weeks, following a Fibonacci sequence of sorts. Gary did some quick calculations and decided to invest every cent he had into the token. The next few days were a blur of excitement for Gary. The value of Red Rabbit kept climbing and climbing, until he was a millionaire. He went out and bought himself a brand new gaming rig, a dozen cases of his favorite energy drink, and even a life-sized anime body pillow. But as anyone who knows the Fibonacci sequence can tell you, what goes up must come down. Gary woke up one morning to find that the value of Red Rabbit had plummeted overnight. He was devastated, and began to spiral into despair. As he sat there, surrounded by empty pizza boxes and Mountain Dew cans, a strange thought occurred to him. What if he used the Fibonacci sequence to predict when Red Rabbit would rise again? He did the calculations, and to his amazement, he found a pattern.Over the next few weeks, Gary followed his new strategy, and soon enough, he was a millionaire once again. This time, he decided to put his money to good use. He donated a large portion of it to a charity that helped stray cats find homes, and even adopted a little tabby kitten of his own.

don't listen to him, Moby Dick is one of my favourite books. It's for those with a more spiritual, fate-driven perspective, it is elegantly written, hilarious, gripping and stimulating. You can skip the chapter titled "Cetology"
But it's great, it highlights the absurdity of existence, the futility of this struggle, kinship between men and putting your life on the line for insane pursuits that amount to nothing in the end. If one dislikes that book it is because of a weak constitution and shallow mentality.

Hold until clarity and then lend it to a bank as a Basel 3 tier 2(?) reserve asset. They pay you a dividend and you never need to sell your xrp.
>The reason the Basel 3 BIS agreement added crypto as a reserve asset was so that a bank's xrp wallet could function exactly as above. As someone who owns several thousand xrp, you should be able to lend it to a bank of your choice at treasury rates at a minimum and likely a much better APY.

Since, according to John Deaton, March 31 is the earliest Judge Torres will decide the lawsuit.
Or could be several months later.

But then the stuff with Silicon Valley Bank started happening, and I got nervous.
So I bought 50,000 xrp at $.039
Now, I'm feeling stupid.
3 banks have failed now.
Credit Suisse is teetering on the edge.
Feels like there is going to be a really big crash between now and March 31st.
xrp will tank along with everything else.
I probably could have gotten a lot more xrp if I waited.
I've thought about selling half my stack,
and then buying back on March 30th.
But I'm too nervous to do so.
I'm feeling dumb that I bought when I did.
But I'm going to ride this out.
Not going to sell.
100K xrp is enough.

Doesn't matter, they can still blow shit up, same thing with the flat earth types, who the fuck cares, shit's still fucked and normies still poison themselves on the daily with seed oils and other crap. Round flat, torus or a ball of spaghetti, doesn't matter, the normies will still be sedated by the brainwashing.

Killing fiat and making a new system to transition into is the 100% the best way forward, redpilling people on fiat and it's problems is 10x more powerful than simply pointing out that we as individuals, have no real way of asserting the shape of our world without the help/trusting others.

But I think it was something along the lines of the average amount of time it takes a judge to decide similar cases.
With March 31 being the soonest.
And mid September being the latest.
I remember Jeremy Hogan saying that if it goes past September, Judge Torres will get in trouble for taking too long.
And that it would be extremely rare and unusual for it to take any longer than that, for her to render her decision.

There are people who speak the truth, but they are so few, everyone mostly thinks that Trump is coming to fix everything but it will stay the same minus a few trannies. >Through engagement with the industry, the Federal Reserve has explored interoperability and other paths to achieving the ultimate goal of nationwide reach for instant payments. The Federal Reserve, however, cannot accomplish interoperability for instant payments alone. The industry—depository institutions and their service providers as well as service operators—must work towards this common goal, as it has in the past with other payment services. The
model and timeline for achieving interoperability will depend on the level of commitment and engagement across the industry. The Federal Reserve is committed to using the widely accepted ISO 20022 standard and other industry best practices to remove unnecessary and burdensome incompatibilities that could be a barrier to payment routing, a model of interoperability.

XRP is the native token. They could use a federates side chain (which would be awesome for us) but to replace all of Ripple's IP with an exact clone just to use Ripple for international clearances for your domestic clone makes no sense at all and would lead to instant law suits. From what I have ready, FedNow is only a messaging standard, highly secure with prefunded accounts, but definitely not a blockchain. So, their settlement ledger is basically a spreadsheet with lots of different editors which interfaces with their domestic accounting software.

Lads, I had a vision last night for a project I might start working on. Basically, its going to be a XRP rocket illustration. The rocket will have different levels depending on how much XRP you hold. There will be 5 levels to the rocket. And the higher up on the levels you are, the more luxurious your level is. The people on the bottom level with the least XRP are still on the rocket, but their level is more cramped and less luxurious, whereas the people on the higher levels are more comfortable on their trip. Sort of like economy, economy plus, business class and first class on a airplane trip. Each level will be illustrated with pepes. Its sort of going to be like pic related except a lot more in detail.
