What other anons have said, looks like you got some gyno. How long have you had it? Assuming it’s been a while, the only answer is cosmetic surgery (aka breast tissue removal). That's excellent news for you, it means you're just fat and you don't have actual breast tissue there. You need to lose fat (you have to lose fat systemically, you can't "spot reduce" fat on your body), and ideally build muscle too. I'm not sure about what you mean by it looking worse when you're skinnier, but if it's similar to your picture then you just have more fat to lose. If you go on /fit/ there's a stickied post with basic information about how to do stuff like that, it's pretty dated but the basic information is all good.

Here's the real answer OP.. the gym and healthy food.

Cardio and lifting, with a low sugar and low simple-carb diet. no more cookies and potato chips and lay off the beer. and NO soda (pop)

eat lots of different raw or slightly cooked veggies and fruit. And grilled meat. Lots of water too (mineral is good)

If you find the exercise regime difficult, go swimming, if you just go up and down the pool using different strokes for 1 hour 10 minutes, that'll be 2km-ish. Walk at least 5-6km a day. Do yoga too in the mornings especially, it's easy. Hiking is also a good healthy hobby.

You need a healthy lifestyle, and your body will shape up.

Quick answer: elevated push-ups, use a pair of dumbbells to get your hands off the ground, put them shoulder width apart. When you get into position you want to make sure your shoulder blades are either touching or almost touching. Now here's the most important part : when you go down into your pushup don't go straight down with your elbows out that's wrong. 1) Do the /fit/ test to see if it's real gyno or just fat. Lay down on your back. Lift one arm above your head. Use the other hand to touch the stretched out breast. If you feel a hard lump, it's actual gyno. Otherwise, just fat.

2) If it's fat, lose weight (just calculate your TDEE and eat 500 kcal less than that until desired weight).

3) If it's real gyno, the only option is surgery. Don't listen to grandma's remedies like cocoa butter or other bullshit. Nohing works on actual breast tissue.

post pics. I would say you need to get into running. Ease into it very slowly over a couple months and then work your way up to a goal like 100 miles / week and keep doing that. You'll lose all that weight quickly. If that still doesn't work, then maybe start hitting the gym. I think from a psychological perspective this will be easier, since you'll see yourself get thinner and feel better from the exercise, then you'll see yourself get muscular and get that ego boost as well to keep you going. If you just try to go from fat -> in shape you may take longer to see results of any kind and get discouraged.

You can focus on the speed later, but for just getting in shape it's probably easier to keep in your head a goal like "today I'm going to run 3 miles" and make sure you stick to that.
