This was me for awhile but with accounting. A lot of it was my resume not being good enough and my interviewing skills being bad. Go over your resume but do it with the mindset that you're trying to tell lies making you look good that you can somewhat justify if pressed. That alone got me plenty of interviews. In CS is important to have a job already set up before you finish the degree. Even if it's a shitty paying one, now no one wants you because it is a big red flag that you were not employed before finishing your degree. You can try other areas where your degree can be seen as big plus like QA, test automation or project management stuff(scrum,canvas).
