Multiple entry level IT jobs at once. I'm talking like help desk or call center type rolls L1. Don't ever mention you have more then 1 job. Just lie and they are unlikely to investigate too hard for an entry level.

Pick up as many remote positions as you can, put in the absolute minimum, as soon as you get fired from one, look for another.
