It was 2018. I had been watching LINK drop to 0.15 cents in July, slowly rise to 0.27, only to drop to 0.15 again during December. Now, 2018 was also my first year as a full time employee (started in December 2017), and my bonus was coming up. On the 10th of December I got wired $35k from my yearly bonus. I had thought of buying LINK at 0.15/0.18 and I could have gotten a nice 100k stack, but what did I do? Do exactly what faggots do. With BTC violently dropping to 3k, I thought there were still many leg downs and that I could snag maybe 250k LINK for the same 15k USD that I had ready to invest.

Did it happen?

It did not. It slowly rose from 0.15 to 0.25, then onto 0.5, then the Google Cloud post did the rest. Waiting got me to buy a SIXTH of the stack I could have bought, and those 16,500 LINK tokens are the same I have today, staked in two different wallets.

My point is, greed got the best of me and I got burned. Knowing that I could have bought 6x my stack, if I wasn't such a greedy jew, fucks me up much more than being down -16% from my latest $6 purchase a couple days ago.
