I unironically market dumped my stack of LINK yesterday and put it all into Mobius. I'm sorry but the lack of updates, developments, communication and quite frankly the tasteless overshilling of LINK around these parts has ruined my enthusiasm for it. I don't really think Sergey has his heart in Chainlink anymore. Something changed along the way, I can feel his enthusiasm for it waning similarly to how he just up and left NXT like a thief in the night. He probably had a great time raising millions of dollars with the ICO and being a famous celebrity on biz, and I'm happy for him, I really am, but he lost his hunger for success along the way and now he's just hungry for Big Macs. The Bitcoin superconference will likely be a total shitshow. I've no doubt the price will dump within minutes of Sergey staggering off stage after another tedious regurgitated speech where he doesn't even mention Chainlink. He's probably just going there for the free buffet, alcohol and hookers. Look, I really enjoyed holding LINK, it was a pretty cool bag to carry for a while, but Mobius is definitely the new wave of oracle tech and has all the momentum now. I can't let it pass me by.

Day 1 of <Insert Event here>. Blockchain studd Sergey Nazarov is sitting in the front row.

A stuffy gray-haired banker is going over the oracle problem and how it's an open problem that haven't been solved for a 100 years.

"Fucking newfags" Sergey mutters to himself. The banker hears him. "Excuse me? Did you have anything to say?"

"The oracle problem HAS been solved" Sergey replies smugly, and then tells him about ChainLink.

"Nonesense" the banker says while going to their website. As he's reading the whitepaper he visibly shaken. "I can't believe this... I can't believe this" he says with a cracked voice. Finally he regains composure and proclaims "Conference dismissed. THE ORACLE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED!!"

Hottest girl in the room (SIBOS is 90% women) starts sucking Sergey's cock right there while the second hottest girl fingers his ass.

It's important to remember that the performance of any asset in the financial market is subject to fluctuations, and it's never a sure thing. It's always important to carefully evaluate the potential of any investment opportunity before making a decision, and to carefully manage risk and diversity one's portfolio.

In the case of Chainlink, it's important to consider its fundamental strengths and potential, rather than focusing solely on its recent price performance. While the last 2.5 years have been challenging for many assets in the market, it's important to have a long-term perspective and focus on the fundamental strengths of the project. It's also worth noting that the performance of any asset can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as macro-economic conditions and industry-specific factors, and it's important to consider these factors when making investment decisions.

Holy brainlet.

CCIP was announced on July 17. Over the course of the next 7 days, the price of Bitcoin went over and under 30k approximately 8 times.

On July 24, Bitcoin finally broke through its 30k support.

If you are claiming that BTC was dumped as a result of CCIP, then I can claim that market makers are trying to hype chainlink by taking bitcoin price over 30k at least 4 times shortly after CCIP

I once called this the netcafe's law.
That gave a better picture of this concept with a computer connected to the internet and how that created something a lot bigger.

I wonder how someone got the Metcalfe name. It's difficult to pronounce.

>Predictions

>Metcalfe infamously made several bold predictions that turned out incorrect:

> In 1995, that the internet would suffer a "catastrophic collapse" in around a year.
> That Linux, amongst other open source software, would be crushed by the release of Windows 2000.
> That wireless networking would be foregone in the mid-1990s.
> In 2006, that Windows and Linux would not be able to handle video.

>Metcalfe's 1995 prediction about the internet collapse proved wrong, under which circumstances he promised to "eat his words." In front of his keynote speech audience at the 1997 International World Wide Web Conference, Metcalfe blended a printed copy of the column with his prediction and swallowed it, as promised.

Must have been a tasty dish. kek

ignoring clownworld (dogcoins etc), chainlink's natural price is tied to its real life usage
historically this has been around 10% of DeFi's value and also happens to be the current situation ($43b TVL, $4.2b mcap)
defi usage gives us positive buy pressure due to the need to keep their price oracles updated

CCIP will get us money not out of speculative positivity, but out of an entirely new eventual usecase that as of right now is still fully experimental

I think I finally understand the real reason behind the second tier and it is most probably not for retail, but for two different central banks checking their separate balances within their jurisdiction during cross-border transactions. at least one T2 will exist separate from others for checking their own balance sheet continuously, while the T1s are decentralized, staked, paid and incentivized to act honestly and using a common technical infrastructure while burdening the maintenance and operational costs.
External data feeds, DECO (confidentially), tokenized assets and others will be the cherries on the cake.

Yo, listen up, my G's! When it comes to that financial game, you gotta know it's all about those ups and downs. Ain't nothing guaranteed, ya feel me? So before you jump into any investment move, you gotta do your homework and really check that potential, you know what I'm saying? Risk management, diversity in that portfolio – that's the key to keeping your stacks safe.

Now, let's talk about Chainlink. Don't get caught up in just looking at its recent price moves, senpai. Yeah, the past couple of years have been rough for many players out there. But if you really wanna make those money moves, you gotta think long-term and peep those fundamental strengths of the project. That's where the real value lies, bruh.

And remember, it's a wild world out there, anything can impact the performance of an asset – from big-picture stuff like the economy to industry-specific happenings. So don't sleep on doing that research and considering all those factors before you drop them bands on any investment, aight? Stay smart, stay focused, and hustle for that financial success!

In this financial jungle, it's a game, nothin' is in reach,
Assets movin' like snakes, slitherin' without a sound,
No guarantees, no safety, it's a warzone all around.

Gotta hustle hard, grindin' like there's no tomorrow,
Scopin' those opportunities, no time for sorrow,
Gettin' dirty in them fundamentals, gotta be sly,
Like my life's on the line, never askin' why.

(Chorus)
In this concrete jungle, we hustle and we strive,
No room for the weak, only the strong survive,
Chainlink's been through struggles, don't be deceived,
Dig deep for the truth, that's how you'll achieve.

Chainlink, yeah, it's been through the storm and rain,
But I ain't fooled by no flashy price gain,
I see beyond the surface, I'm playin' it wise,
Analyzin' the strength, seein' through them lies.

Economy and industry, they throwin' curveballs,
But I'ma stay true, no matter what befalls,
No finger-pointin', I own my moves like a boss,
Bouncin' back strong, ain't no time for loss.

(Chorus)
In this concrete jungle, we hustle and we strive,
No room for the weak, only the strong survive,
Chainlink's been through struggles, don't be deceived,
Dig deep for the truth, that's how you'll achieve.

(Bridge)
No time to chill, no time to rest,
Gotta keep movin', no room for less,
This ain't no playground, it's a concrete zone,
Only the realest rise to the throne.

(Chorus)
In this concrete jungle, we hustle and we strive,
No room for the weak, only the strong survive,
Chainlink's been through struggles, don't be deceived,
Dig deep for the truth, that's how you'll achieve.

In this concrete jungle, we find our way,
Through the dark and the struggle, we'll seize the day,
Keep grindin', keep hustlin', and never break,
In this concrete jungle, real G's will make it shake!
