How do you get started in investing altcoins? Can I do it with 10 bucks since I’m a wage fag no coiner. Can anyone help ? I am ready to do shit, but Coinbase takes 9 years to verify shit.

1) Buy ETH
2) Transfer to Binance.
3) Buy either BTC for BTC market or go to ETH market.
4) Invest in coins that are in the low sat range. CND for example.

Nope. Need a minimum balance in a lot of shitcoin exchange wallets and you need to pay transaction fees to get your coin to the exchanges. Stay poor, fagit.

If you have that low funds then don't start with moon shots. Go to an alt coin that is steady and hasn't mooned or tanked yet and BE PATIENT.
I recommend OMG or NEO. Let it quadruple your ETH value. Don't think about USD. Then take half and convert it to ETH or BTC for long term storage. Don't dump it even during bear times. From the remaining, take half and reinvest in a similar low value coin after a bear market has run its course and you know all the alts have dropped significantly. Invest into one alt that made big gains during the last bull run and hold steady. Don't chase pumps and don't try to buy low and sell high. Very few can do it consistently. Make an investment and stick to it until it pays off.
