Ok, so basically I want to get a wagie job like forklifting, live with parents and save 80% of my paycheck, while learning japanese in my free time. After my parents die, I'll be around 40 (23 rn), I will inherit big money and live rest of life as a neet and then as an old fuck I will get money from government for being old fuck and still live as a neet.
Is it a good life plan?

I couldn't imagine something worse but if you like it, go for it

If you could retire off your inheritance then no need to save 80% now. You might as well live on your own while young and some fun and sex.

"Is it a good life plan?" is a question for you, anon.
If instead you're asking if that plan would theoretically work then yes, it would.
It's up to you to decide if it's what you want though.

Not bad
Look up index fund investing, bogleheads, FIRE movement, 3 percent rule.
Don't bank on any money from the government

I own this shirt oddly enough
And no I’m not a forklift driver

>> No.55823040

that was my plan at that age minus the jap shit.
your priorities and life outlook will change by 28- 29 but if you really do save most of your paycheck for those years you wont regret it too much

How have your priorities changed? Heard from some guys that at some age they got big urge to get a wife, have kids, or regretting not having a really good career. To be honest I don't care at all about this right now and I hope I never will but I'm a little scared that it will change later

How is your Japanese coming along?

Basically just become an equipment operator
Stack your cash and when that urge hits you buy more than one backhoe and truck and train a younger operator or too to run them for you till they can afford to buy you out when you retire

Not a bad plan, only one thing I'd change/suggest to you. Don't get a "forklifting" job, get a government job, or any job that has a pension plan were you can be fully vested in 20 years.

do forklift drivers get pee tested?

As long as you’re working, max out your Roth IRA, that way when inflation puts you in a higher tax bracket because of our progressive tax system in 20 years, you won’t have to pay income tax on anything.
