I don't know much about Argentina, but I assume businesses are already using USD in daily transactions and the point of dedollarisation is to switch the Argentinian government over to USD. Which is actually good in a Libertarian sense in that the Argentinian govt. will no longer be able to easily print money to control assets within Argentina. They'll only be able to operate in ways that are cash flow positive, meaning they will need to create an economic benefit from everything they do. On the other hand, USD is fiat so the US Government could buy out Argentina simply by printing. But maybe he will ban foreign ownership of Argentinian assets to prevent too much of this.
