use stocks as collateral to get loan
use loan to spend on whatever the hell you need
doesn't matter because your stocks will grow and give dividends faster than the loan
it pays itself back

Dont draw a salary. Don't draw an income. Don't "take profits"
Use loans to buy and pay for the things you need. Use business profits to pay loan payments.
