DRS numbers are fucked in the sense that Gamestop is not allowed to report the actual numbers. DRS progress itself will have been proceeding as it ever was.
The fact that the change in the number reported by Gamestop is zero is hilarious.

The only thing people should consider from the recent DRS comments is that if you've DRSed stock from a broker you should consider doing the procedure to change your account number at Computershare.
If there is any chance that they would be able to trigger a DRS cancellation from your account because they know the account number you should certainly try to prevent it.
And if they can unilaterally undo DRS for Mainstar related shares then they can do so for other shares, practically speaking.

Moral of the story, go take a look at heat lamp theory. It's something Wall Street absolutely hates. So many shills trying to figure out ways to stop retail from understanding this. It basically all comes down to you DRS'ing your shares and then MAKE SURE you change them all over to Book. Do not leave them in Plan. If you transfer from a broker they are probably Book but check to make sure. It's very easy to change them. And DO NOT keep any fractional. Every single Book share can be deducted from the official reported number if you just have one fractional. A fractional had to be in plan. So if you have a single fractional, they can remove 10,000 Book shares from the official account if you have them.

If you buy using Computershare you will almost ALWAYS have a fractional. That's because you give them a lump sum of money and they buy as many shares as possible with it. What are the odds of your share price coming down to the exact cent you gave them? Pretty much 0%. You will own a fraction of a share if you buy through CS. And that perfectly fine. JUST MAKE SURE YOU BOOK YOUR SHARES AND SELL THE FRACTIONAL.

You'll see shills like this guy say the world is ending if you sell your 0.0885 shares for less than a dollar. Noone gives a shit if you sell your fraction.
