Am I the only one who was close to jumping in to eth with my link stack back in 2020? it was such a huge amount of eth that I almost got dizzy but I said fook it Sergey lets go and here I am 4 years later and we're not looking good, how possible is it that we get back to the link/eth ratio we once saw?

I was in the aug 2020 thread where an anon talks about dropping link and seeking “boomer” returns in btc and eth. I chose to ride the lightning instead, exceptionally terrible decision. Sergey pls

eth has no reason to be valued this high. link/eth will return to parity

I did the same exact thing. Missed out on $10 million dollarinos and then entered a world of immense suffering for the last 3 years and still going. Whoops, heh.

If LINK doesn’t go to minimum $50 this year I’ll probably never forgive Sergey.

it will literally never go back. link is a business that makes about 40m/year. absolutely abysmal for an 8b mcap count. to really put it in perspective, rollbit makes more than that in 1 month

link's mcap is already overinflated by about 10x. sure maybe it can pump a little more the market loves pumping absolute trash. but then it will have another 90% drawdown guaranteed as bigger fools run dry

40m a year I had no idea it was that much. Where are you getting that info? I wonder with ccip what they can make.

yes, the link marketing team and random marine shillers do their best to never EVER mention the revenue because sergey's real business is dumping 500m of tokens per year, not price feeds. but you can just type "chainlink revenue" into dune analytics.

ccip has functionally 0 revenue to which the linkies will respond "not full release". on full release it will also have functionally 0 revenue

wtf are you talking about businesses and shit you retard, all that requires a high mcap is hype this is crypto, fuck off.

>> No.57667084

>>57667041
retard why are you so caught up on link not generating any revenue its not like bch had any revenue when it hit 60b market cap or xrp at 100b all that matters is how to catch the hype anything else is irrelevant

yes, ponzis can pump, shiba went to 50b nobody is doubt that. and they also collapse >90% once the music stops playing. and then people who didn't realize they were participating in a ponzi(they thought it was real amazing tech) end up holding through 3 years of down only price action compounded by opportunity cost which makes it waaaay worse than whatever the chart shows.

if link is your ponzi of choice, goodluck. if you dont realize it's a ponzi and nobody knows when the ponzi will collapse you're going to get rekt.

there ya go stop holding link to such a high standard then you retard

>> No.57667160

>>57667084
well because you're asking about the eth ratio. it can literally never go back to that because old ponzis never pump as hard as new ponzis. this market is about rotating between new narrative ponzis not bagholding coins that already had their time in the sun.

Everything in crypto is a ponzi, retard. Name a crypto that does something that even comes close to validating its market cap. I’ll wait here.

never said anything to the contrary. but new ponzis always outperform old ponzis. everyone likes speculating on how high the ATH can get, and underwater bagholders are terrible for price action as they just want to exit at break even.

>Name a crypto that does something that even comes close to validating its market cap
btc, eth, ltc, xmr, snx, gmx, gns, rlb, leo

sure its rare, but there's definitely some out there. and i understand that new ponzis will always outperform the above mentioned. but old collapsed ponzis(link) are the worst bags you can ever hold
