LTC is a clone of Bitcoin. There's already precedent for an LTC ETF since LTC is the same as Bitcoin (decentralized, proof of stake, no premine, no developer funds etc). ETH has a lot of hurdles to go through.

I had a write up in another thread about this, but whales are pissed. You can see them spreading FUD on trading view. Two cycles ago, whales dumped post halving from $120 to $20. This time they dumped at $114 and it only went to $60. Instead of whales slurping it back up, everyone else bought. You can even see it on Bitinfo history number of addresses > 1000. It went from 3300 to 4300. There are new whales now. We are the new whales and old whales, well, if they want to get back in, they are going to have to buy higher than $20. The recent move is them capitulating and starting to buy back in. They weren't expecting the bull market to come back this soon. I promise you I'll have a lot heavier hands than they did. I'm not moving a single coin until Litecoin breaks $840 for the meme number.
