Now what do we have here? the 10-K on march 28, 2023 is the first DRS filing to have this "odd" verbiage, and this same filing is the last filing to mention continued cooperation with the investigation and procuring documents. It would appear that around the same time that the SEC realized they need to pass this thing off to the FBI/DOJ (assuming they weren't already involved) happens to be when GameStop appears to have been forced to change the verbiage of their DRS reporting.
