The real timing isn’t about can you take advantage of this current market. It’s about can you hold out long enough to take advantage of real, wide-scale adoption. I don’t expect most anons (myself included) to make it that long with their entire stack, but all your fears about being able to buy a house etc at that moment will in hindsight seem silly. You will realize you could have continued renting and waited and bought 5-10 of your houses outright vs the down payment and mortgage.
