Yes, exactly. It depends what you want to make of crypto. Want to use it as decentralized payment? Forget about it, that ship's long gone. All oversight for this is already overbearing, a little more will barely change things. It's all moving toward pseudo-fully-centralization anyway, see lightning network etc., plus pos is objectively more centralized than pow.

But if you want to use it as a lotto ticket, tulip mania hasn't quite peaked yet. Once regulation clarity sets in there will be a few months or so of runway, then I, for one, wouldn't want to stay in any longer, nor buy any "bottom" that may form, but I'm also more cautious than a lot of people.
