Consider that the real top was something around 130k but due to FTX and so on it stopped before 70k.
That would explain the second top, additionally it would explain the pre halving hype.

Everything would be exactly the same if you consider that the first top of previous bullrun was around 120k - 130k.

So we are now at the pre halving pump which then gets sold to around the 30k.
