#1 is they basically said all matters regarding stock ownership is too complex for shareholders to foresee and it would be trying to micro manage GMEs board. This does not address Heat Lamp Theory.

When the shorts are forced to close. The reality of the supply/demand of shares is not dictating price. The fictional short interest of hedged naked shorting is creating fake price action. The problem the shorts are having is the true reality of supply/demand will 100% win out in the end if no one sells and GME starts to turn a profit.

Systemic naked short means hedge funds/market makers began to cease operating on any sense of fundamental supply/demand. They deemed the stock an eventual bankruptcy target and began to offset 100% of all share purchases with naked short selling.
