I've tried my luck in Europe and so far it's night and day in terms of response rate, I think I might be getting 2 offers out of ~50 applications. Over here I applied to over 500 positions and got 2 call backs, rejected at the HR stacy. Rest were blanket rejections.

Yeah, it's just part of my (manual) sequence. Although I do feel I should try to send them a bill and see what happens for a laugh.
I keep a spreasheet of all my applications and have a date-based filter on those applications I should contact back. Just a quick email based on the sequence item and off it goes.
Rest of the time is applications, leetcode, and interview assignments.
