honestly you should do it if you can afford to buy it. Many people are struggling to get a house, if you can afford your DREAM one just fucking do it man.

It won't be for sale forever, and if you miss on some winnings, I doubt they're gonna be that big, compared to the fat W of owning a house.

Are you happier missing potential profit and lock it down with a house you love?
Or are you happier holding on, wait 6 months to a year for this cycle to potentially top and take the risk?

When yo have to sell it all or almost all is going to feel crucial. When i sell and lock profit i do in such a proportion that i am happy either way.

There is a very good chance that things will go up higher so if it was me alone, i would take some profit and hold some for the moment. I would take some more risk.

But if i had wife and kids, and right now i could buy a beautiful house for them, then i would be more on the side of cashing out almost all and buying the house.

Grossly inflated housing values due to half of California fleeing and pumping up Phoenix's market. There's record evictions/homelessness as the lower income people get pushed out onto the streets due to this. There's also a fentanyl epidemic here worse than you can imagine. And imagine all of this with it being 120 degrees during the day and 95 at night.

Phoenix was ok in the 2000's and 2010's but now you have to pay a premium to live in Hell instead of being able to do it cheaply.
