For fun, I would hire a team to custom build the fastest and lightest street legal superbike possible.

Then I would build a few tracks behind my house, some custom, others a copy of popular tracks like Laguna. For my home tracks I'd build another bike, this one even faster. Lots of experimental materials and fuels, etc.
