Seriously, though, OP. You might be waiting for your transaction a few hours more.
Bitcoin with its lousy 7 tx/s isn't made for mass adoption. Use eth/ltc/doge if you want to transact from exchange to exchange. It's done within minutes. They are not nearly as busy as btc.
