Because we now know, the max circulating supply will decrease. How would the price of oil be affected if we found out the total supply of oil that can every get extracted is 10% lower than previous estimated? Those 10% could be dumped on the market at any time, but now we know they wont.

Some of the major sell walls in the early days of PRL were devs unloading to pay for servers etc. That manipulated the price like fuck hence the very fast growth of value after they stopped dumping.

what matters is PRL decentralized filemesh written on Golang with 1-2sec PoW to cache your files with further storage on DAG, that component is what PRL is.
