What you really want is between 30-80. The low side of this means you can judge social interactions and people but you don’t really care about them, the high side means you can judge and you care about them. Both are good traits to have.

Or you could get a low 30 score and care about people but not really be able to judge them, this is probably just as bad as having a score under 30, it means you are easy to manipulate and rely on emotions too much.

I think a lot of the lower scores are coming from people who feel disenfranchised from society, city dwellers who have put up armor around their hearts. It's very easy to pick them out. Some are too far gone from feeling a real sense of love and affection from another human being because they've completely closed themselves from establishing a heart-felt connection with another person.

For people whose paths cross with mine, I try to do my best and help. Subtlety and discretion is a must, I just accept that if I can't help them now, I'll make an effort to help them later. I found that they aren't particularly looking to change themselves and are just muddling through an existence that they themselves believe is miserable.
