APH
ACB
FIRE

EMH
HMMJ (weed index)
Bonus: RTI, partnered with ACB to make cannabis oils

Anyone think HEMP inc is worth a buy. marketcap is like 10million. But there are many uses for hemp/CBD oil, seems like once its fully legal it could easily be a billion$ industry.

Hemp is now legal in the US as of the passing of the Farm Bill last month. Industrial hemp now classified as legitimate crop (not just for research), hemp derived CBD oil now legal and exempt from cannabis' Schedule I classification.

CBD derived from cannabis might be legal in a couple months. There is some confusion about how GW Pharma's Epidiolex will be treated. Epidiolex is just purified CBD (cannabis derived I believe). Because it received FDA approval last month, there is a 90 day window in which CBD in whole or part must by law be removed from Schedule I. The point of confusion is whether this means CBD in general gets a separate classification from cannabis or if GW Pharma's specific process makes it different enough that only Epidiolex CBD receives reclassification.

Anyway. The two main hemp companies are HEMP and GHG. Both are small still. Also FFT but holy crap the market is bearish on that company lately.

Both those companies look like shit in terms of technicals; nothing clear or conclusive at all for the long term. HEMP looks like it could make some fun short term trading: buy in at $0.02X and sell when it gets to $0.04X. The CCI with daily candlesticks helps with it

Trumps pick was sessions who is a hardliner for criminalizing marijuana. However its unclear how far they wanna pursue it since the writings pretty much on the wall and most politicians see it. Sessions may want to pursue it but the next administration/round of elections for senate you may see politicians and presidential candidates fully support weed.

Make it legal. Tax it.

cant speak to "HEMP inc" specifically but here in Colorado commercial hemp growers/storefronts enjpy a very nice market niche. We have one in tourist town that sells to normies who want weed but dont want to buy a joint. <.3% THC products sell really well to wannabe healthy normies. And because none of the products have THC, they can run a storefront on main street tourist town despite regulations against dispensaries on main street

yes but this happens on a larger time scale than you're imagining. Colorado has been legal since Jan 1. 2014 and california only since Jan 1. 2018. Even with FOUR YEARS of competitio/, and research and development weed still costs more than half of what it does in california. Remember its a share in a company theyre buying not the commodity itself
