First of all, their revenue structure is about 80% mobage, 8% from live stream and video service premium membership and another 7% come from advertisement (FY2017 data when they still haven't make any of their video exclusive to premium membership)
And then, out of their 70 Million Monthly Active Users, only 1 Million of them are paying users and then just about 0.6 Million of them are paying for games. Therefore the total ARPU is something like 0.5USD/month, despite the ARPU of paying game users are something like 40usd per person.
As for future prospect, for their games, Azul Lane benefited from the popularity boom in Japan when it was launched there last year which also caused its increase in popularity in China, however it doesn't seem to have any new elements that would attract another large popularity boom in future. Fate GO is Fate GO, it will probably maintain steady grow, but just last month there are some medium to large scale clash between the platform and players and its effect on the game's paying customers is currently unknown. In the future they will introduce some games like BanG Dream, A3!, and Toraware no Palm in 2018 2H but I don't think they can match the popularity of FGO or even Azul Lane.
And then another worth-mentioning point is that, in FY2017 all their anime were still free to watch. However this year they started introducing a subscription model similar to Crunchyroll, which lead to doubling of their "live stream and premium membership" revenue, according to their quarterly earning report. It would appears that they are doing nice here, until you recall doubling of their livestream and premium membership revenue just equal to 8% of their total revenue.

And other advantage bilibili have when it cone to user retention is that, the on-screen comment feature and the type of video it have on the site make it become a go-to site for anyone who wish to upload/watch anime-related video, and it have developed sort of brand loyalty based on it. However the problem is that since their site is relatively clean and with few advertisements (which itself is a plus that can attract users), they can't really profit from these user generated content, and also since many of these video are created with the help of video or audio chips from Japanese anime, they are prone to copyright claims if one day Japanese rightholders decide to go strict against them. There are similar sites like acfun on Chinese internet but those sites are not able to gain the traction that bilibili have achieved.
A larger risk for Bilibili would be a political one. Just earlier today the Chinese state media have released a program criticizing some anime they offer are indecent, which they promptly responded by removing those anime titles. If the relationship between China and Japan worsen in the future or Chinese government decided that they need to strengthen local culture by further limiting the spread of foreign culture, it will greatly limit what the site could offer in the future.
As for marketing I don't think they spend a lot on marketing. I know they have put up ads for specific games but that's about the most they have done, and to my understanding they mainly attract new users by word of month in addition to those anime/game/user-generated content they offer. No breakdown on that in financial report afaict.

And opinion on the site among some of the most core weebs are actually rather mixed because in their eyes they invited too much normies into the hobby and also expose the sector to larger political pressure due to the growing population of the site's user.
FGO users will continue to olay FGO, but specifically for FGO there are a few problems. First the average lifespan of a mobage is much less than five years, FGO have already exceeded the mark but we don't know how much longer can the gane go. Second as I mentioned above, last month there were some conflicts between the site and its players which is actually escalated from a series of other conflicts from earlier that year. It's unclear if users will, or how many of them would turn to use e.g. the Taiwanese or Japanese version of the game instead.

im eyeing up agcoms, as theyre all way oversold, w an emphasis on wheat, as i feel its been unnecessarily knocked down on trade FUD, and there have been drought conditions in many different areas where its grown
