They are releasing tons of PR's but are being sandwiched by manipulation and shaking people out left and right. On a positive earnings it may not raise right away as well, these Chinese stocks often take their sweet time trailing up for a month or two.

They fucked their own price a while back giving away free shares more or less, but even still, the volume on it is tiny as hell and if even one institutional buyer comes in when the JC Penny deal is done it will move up a lot. If it does have an erratic spike I do suggest taking profits on the way up though.

They have been falling for so long that have fallen below what one would consider the minimum price for a company of its scope. The reason for that being, doing wacky shit shakes up investor trust. They have enough on the horizon that it would be easy to see 17 dollars in a flash, but it honestly can't drop much below $10 unless they just intentionally start burning the place down. Its risky if you consider any net loss a serious risk event. I would be more along the lines of 75/25 just because this is a real company, not HMNY. Its not going to zero and getting a 100000 share reverse split. I could lose money, you never know for sure whats gonna happen. But I only have 8k in it right now, and I can't imagine losing more than 1.5k at the absolute most.

I'm starting to think that the price after dividend announcement doesn't rely on how well the company did but instead how many bought before and we're hoping to sell for a profit vs how many buy after to get cheap for the next dividend. Every time something's hyped, even if it beats if no one wants to buy it drops like a rock and if something is said to do poorly and does decently it shoots up like a rocket. So in reality if something is hyped it's best to either puts or leave it alone and if something is said to do bad a call might even be a good idea simply because not many would buy it before hand so it might go up a few % even if a bit under. I'm fairly sure the reporters are inept servents of insiders because if they were good they would be making money not reporting.

No your rates are not going to be higher than that unless you play it risky. The 401k is subject to tax, the ROTH is not. Depending on your other income sources you could lose a significant amount to tax. This would be a good savings, but not nearly enough to reliably retire on. Even playing it wild and getting 7% would only get you another 800,000. Even assuming you had 3.2 million, putting it all into dividend stocks would be retarded, if you lost your money you would be so fucked.

No you can't. Not after accounting for fees, taxes, and the fact that your dividend carriers can drop just as easily as they raise. Unless you manage it full-time and are a god at it. What happens when you are 65 and need an expensive surgery? Your only income is down in a minor recession and now you get fucked twice. Like I said above, being generous and giving you 7% about as optimistic you should be on that type of timetable with that kind of strategy. Inevitably what will fuck you, is needing money from what is your only source of income when markets are down.

No, it takes multiple revenue streams and a good profession and/or risk taking when YOUNG. As you age your tolerance for risk should naturally decrease. This can be by avoiding literal risk, or diversification, but throwing every penny into dividends is a poorly thought out retirement plan that is far too open to getting fucked in multiple different ways.

Dividends in a roth don't get taxed. Regular stocks can drop as easily as they rise. Dividends compound, growth is speculative. Dividend aristocrats perform better in down markets than growth stocks. Of course you want to own some bonds as you get older, but dividend reinvestment based strategies beat all other equities strategies historically.
