Help me out /biz/
I have some friends who have been letting the same person occupy some pretty high-end space of theirs rent free. They don't even ask, and the person in question certainly doesn't need the space.
I tried to argue the point from a personal angle, but no go. Can someone help me make the business case against this activity to them? Like tax issues, depreciation, potential liability, shit like that?
They're adults and they can do what they want but it seems like they're not thinking this through.

What you just made me read was annoying. Give some details of these people. Starting from gender and why the owner allows this.

It’s none of your fucking business what other people do with their property.
