This. OP, I guarantee that most of your depression and apathy right now is caused from not being financially free. You feel trapped, working in a cycle where you see yourself growing old within it. If you had enough money to retire, you wouldn't be thinking these thoughts, you'd realize you're finally free from slaving the rest of your life away, and can now spend it however you wish.

Becoming a millionaire in your 30's is better than most people will ever do. Make it a goal. It's absolutely worth it if you're not retarded and make sure to exercise and eat right. Play your cards right and you have 20 or so years of living your best, very close to your prime.

It can greatly help. You need to research on yoga, ayurveda and tantra, and see what it can do in terms of rejuvenation of system if you know the right practices, have the right Yantras( yogic machines) and the right diet or herbs. It will need time, effort and discipline more than money though. Except growing back your lost hair lol, it can pretty much rejuvenate your entire system.
