Maybe try with your feet or mouth? Maybe there's some sort of product out there that will help. If the disease isn't anything too crazy, as long as you don't give up there's a way.

I dunno what you're suffering from but there was an artist who lost control of his entire body, so he used eye tracking to continue drawing. If you can type this post then you should be able to find a way.
