It means that after that contract with Mcafee was signed, MGT had 12 months for the stock to stay above $1.00 for 10 consecutive days. If said event took place, Mcafee receives $250,000. If the stocks stays above $2.00 for 10 consecutive days, Mcafee receives $350,000.

I still don't think this is a pump and dump. Everyone is speculating on mcafee (hence volatility). He said news is coming in following weeks & he cannot legally sell his shares in MGT at least 6 months out. He also said he's in this for long. I personally have $1k invested and I'm longing. This could easily be the next AAPL or FB. Imagine if mcafee artificially introduces virus to hospitals and power lines, and offers antivirus solutions to these? 2.7 is a bit high. There's still enough volume in there to hit 4 pretty decisively. After that I'll have regained my principle and have some shares left over to test the waters a little bit.
