Why anon, what's wrong?

Talk to manager, say I need to speak to you in private. Then say I want to put in my 2 weeks notice and prefer that I tell others of my departure.

Send an e-mail to your boss with the same info (I am putting in my 2 weeks, etc) and print the e-mail just in case. Also, if you want extra polite, send an email to your teammates letting them know youre going .

In your last day make sure you show up, they will ask reasons why you left. Answer how you wish and Adios.
