I want to put like $5 into crypto and I don't want any of it going to some jew like coinbase who'll charge me a fee. Who does /biz/ recommend?

Ideally I want to buy something that's worth less than a cent so that small fluctuations will mean lots of change

you wanna put $5 into crypto....into something that has meaningful fluctuations? are you fucking retarded? so you get lucky and double your money on this shitcoin. big deal. even if you find the unicorn that goes 100x, you only go $500, half of which you'd owe to the tax man. wtf is your problem anon? $5 is not an investment. just go to the pub and buy yourself a drink, it's much better spent.

I have about $95 to blow on anything I want. I was thinking I'd put $5 into crypto just to play with it and buy dividend stocks with the rest. I'm not trying to make it on crypto.

5$ is literally dust, don't bother.
put a certain amount of your income each month into crypto, however much you can afford, like 100-500$.
then, when the next bull season starts, stop investing fresh fiat and watch your money grow into unknown proportions. the only hard thing to do then is to actually sell because you'll always want more, until it crashes. good luck.

Few hundred? What do you need $50 for?

50$ in crypto, 45$ on black.
Thank me later.

but why? you could have the most insane returns and it wouldn't even matter. 10%...50%...500% ROI...so what? we're talking about nickles and dimes. why bother? you're time is more valuable than any returns you'd get from $5. don't waste your time.

> Bank transfer it to coinbase.
> Move it to coinbase pro.
> Put in a maker order and buy.

0 fees for you.

If so, some group of engineers must have been reeeeal drunk or high when they came up with that idea instead of simply sending 2 or 3 trips with some tugboats. Serious, why would they do that if real??

BTC saw the most outrageous appreciation in history, going from $1 to $20k in less than a decade, but that already happened and it's not going to happen again. you can't go back in time and buy 5 BTC for $5. even if you could, how retarded would you feel for having only bought 5 BTC after seeing those kinds of gains.
