Why are you missing out on these gains?

BitMEX (the "mex" stands for Mercantile Exchange) is the only exchange in the world that offers 100x leverage (but it's not because you can that you must, go small and work your way up).

Let me explain what this means. So lets say you were to have shorted (placed a sell order) for BTC at $10000. Let's also say you only have .01 BTC to trade with, or $100 worth. With .01 BTC at x100 leverage you can sell 1 BTC. Then for every dollar BTC goes down, your position is worth $1 more. Say BTC goes to $8000, if you close your position you then get that $2000 in profit paid to you in BTC, that's a 2000% profit. I would suggest you learn TA before you start trading. You can train using their testnet (free).
You want a moon mission? BitMEX is your moon mission. If you're going to sign up use my reference code, using a reference code gives you a 10% discount in fees. May not sound like much but it's saved me hundred of dollars in the past weeks: https://www.bitmex.com/register/xGqMf5

- Interface is amazing with professional grade advanced order types
- Liquidity it offers is completely unmatched, it's the biggest exchange volume wise:
- BTC deposits take less than 10 minutes: just 1 confirmation from the network needed
- Never down, doesn't matter the load, no shady flash crashes caused by website being down like Poloniex does

START WITH LOW LEVERAGE OR 1X LEVERAGE. 100X may be tempting but all you have to do is read stories on here of people losing everything when they go full retard. Also I will be around to answer any questions you may have and would love to talk to others about trading strategies. Happy trading anons!

I strongly recommend that no one even try it. It's extremely, extremely addictive, a rigged game, and will suck your portfolio dry.

You use leverage when trading stocks and currencies that typically move less than 0.1% in a day. Crypto already moves like 10% a day so you use leverage if you want to go bankrupt.

except for when the "system is overloaded" - mostly when the price either jumps up or down
this is nothing less than a scam since you can't react when it's most important
additionally I had cases where my stop losses didn't fill and I got liquidated even though my position should have been closed

stay away from shitmex if you want to keep your linkies
the only winner there is the chinks running this scam

any burgers use bitmex? how does that work? do they require kyc before withdrawing large amounts? I just started learning how to leverage trade on bitmax this last week. made a lot of money really fast and lost a lot because of a dumb mistake. it feels very dangerous but the potential for gains is also very big.

You don't need to trade with high leverage though. I can't tell you how many times starting out I got liquidated on high margin because I was a brainlet and had no fucking clue what mark price is. Also read about their fees. You can actually make money buying and selling at the exact same price if you use limit orders and it makes it into the order book. If you make a limit order in the order book you actually are paid for making that order. Read their fees guide extensively. The fees might bite you in the ass which is why I don't care about using someones ref because they get discounted. People that say "hur dur you're gambling" are themselves just gambling

I am very much against future trading (it makes it harder for bitcoin to appreciate in value, because people spend money on future trading instead of on buying bitcoin, trading alts) and would generally not recommend it. Its very risky, because people with high amounts of bitcoin can bart the market and you will never know where it will go. Only future trade if you are someone who is capable of manipulating the market or if you have a very good intuition of the future movements of bitcoin (and if that is the case you should not leverage to much, because than barts will still fuck you up). Furthermore, I would like to make people aware of tokens that are providing cheaper future trading: like BTMX and DGTX. These coins went 20x in price as of late. Future trading is where a lot of the money is now, so future trading tokens are the get go for massive gains. keep your eyes open for them.

Telling you fuckers now, learn TA FIRST- its not that hard. I got burned using mex at first, so what i then did was do pretend buys where i'd buy like 0.001 btc worth at certain leverages and practiced hitting targets with TA. Once you feel confident, start with $100 and use x10 leverage, going over just will get you wrecked 99% of the time. For TA, learn about moving averages / exponential moving averages which are good long term indicators ( 21 weekly EMA and 200 daily MA). Then Fibonacci retracements to learn when to buy in and when to get out or to put a stop loss. Also learn about bulls flags / ascending wedges etc. Yes they are meme lines but TA works on the fact large whales and trading institutions etc use these indicators too so assuming you find the right pattern that they are also using then you will be able to predict the price action, however this is just a probability that you have the exact same meme lines as the majority of whales and if you're off or if big players make it extremely obvious they might pull a fast one and flash crash one you so its important to always have 100% uncertainty and use meme lines to know when to buy in during a pump or dump but also using them to know when to profit or reduce or loss.

example of big institutions making memes lines too obvious was brexit, they knew what the private polls were saying and did the opposite for the pound pumping up the price so people using memes line thought it would vote remain and thus assumed bullish on strong pound when big institutions knew from private polls leave was likely and thus once it pumped enough they shorted the pound knowing the outcome

adding more to your trade without having the funds
example i have $100 in bitcoin, bitcoin goes up 1% i make $1
that is complete shit
i decide to leverage at x100
i know have 100 x 100 = 10'000
if bitcoin goes up 1% i know make $100
however it comes with risk, you are given a liquidation price, if the price reaches here you lose everything / position is sold (for bitmex you lose everything)
example i have $100 btc and i put in x100 leverage to make it $10000 when bitcoin is $4000 and i long (bet price will rise)
the liquidation price would be around $3970 so if bitcoin drops to this price i will lose everything i put in, however it it goes up you're making a lot of profit
make sense?

yeah its also very stressful , you become addicted to staring the chart all day and end up losing touch of reality, highly addictive and woke me up to realities of gambling , can still make steady gains though with x2-x5 lev using obvious signs of price action with simple TA but takes time to learn and recognise and patience but again incredibly stressful not really recommended, also anons you can hedge btc, if you do x1 lev with a short you will make money as btc goes down with 0 risk
