Checked it out months ago. No web app, not user friendly, other exchanges are more intuitive to use and have more liquidity so people use those.

It's a slick piece of software and protects from a lot of different attacks.
But they banned Bitcoin(BCH) from trading on the platform, so of course they aren't getting any traction. All the OG Bitcoiners, libertarians, and tech heads (you know; the kind of people who see the advantage in decentralised exchanges with no KYC) are using Bitcoin Cash, the real Bitcoin.
Oh well, there is still Open Bazzar for private exchanges of Bitcoin(BCH) to fiat
