Pro:
out of all UTXO blockchains (BTC, LTC, DOGE .... speak generation 1) DGB is teh most advanced one.
contributed a lot of tech other blockchains have implemented.
is the fastest and pretty good secured with a blocktime of 15 seconds and 5 algorithm
is having around 19th of June a hardfork to swap an algorithm which favours FPGA and GPU, ASICs are rip (buhuu poor chinese farmers)
the new algo is called Odocrypt and changes every ~10 days a little bit which makes ASIC impossible and favours FPGA chips.
it had no ICO, so not a security
is still around from 2014 and will be around in the future, time proven and won't have fuckups like new chain tech from 2017+
some dude did some nice big tiddy waifu drawings of DGB in 2017

Cons:
since there is no airdrop, giveaway, ICO people (speak shiller and pajeets) don't care
some desperate guy did "sharpie in pooper" for some DGB -> stupid memes

At the end of the day, if you check coinmarket cap top 100, DGB is one of the very with that is:
- not an ETH shittoken deliver nothing since 2017 (when most of the top 100 where born)
- with an actual working product

I got my bags and knowing DGB is a safe bet.
The only contra is really the bad memes.
