The reality is that Chainlink makes a tool that is absolutely necessary for smart contracts to function. They are the first to market and absolute light years ahead of any competition when it comes to securely feeding data to smart contracts.

If you think that smart contracts are going to be a big deal (and honestly I don't know how you can't think that) then the tool that Chainlink is building is going to be a core part of that.

So partnership x or namedrop y becomes immaterial to the fundamental fact that people who want data fed securely into a smart contract, or payments triggered, or data trustlessly moved on or off chain, need Chainlink. It's only a matter of time before the number of projects using this tool are so many that there are no more "partnerships" announced. People don't announce a partnership with Amazon when they use AWS, and they don't announce a partnership with Google every time they use Google Cloud. They just use it.

Token not needed. Stay stupid stinkies. Nobody is going to feed your ponzi for tidbits of data.

>> No.14268299

No. You don't need to have an oracle.
You can just sign the data with a key and you know that the data is accurate from the signature.

There. I just solved the Oracle Problem.

It won't be going anywhere, no matter how good it is. Because the whole community consists of spastic autists, who fud their own bags. The google integration during a bullrun didn't even budge the price much, because any possible buyers are scared off.
That's the biggest and the most real blackpill about LINK. Today I marketsold my 100k stack I bought at 25 cents. Time to buy hype shitcoins that will make guaranteed pumps. See ya linkies and try to not kill yourself when LINK goes back to 112 on CMC.

In reality firms don't care about smart contracts yet and it's gonna take a very long time before they start adopting fully decentralized and trustless solutions, they're fine with trusted data and private environments

It’s not even in the priority list on pivotal. By the time the staking is live the bullrun will be over and I’ll be enjoying my yacht, while you retards will swing because link will hit all time low.
This bullrun is the last chance for you to make it and you are wasting it away.
