i recently found out one of my best friends is a trust fund kid. it's been fucking up my head since i found out

he parks his money in mutual funds and treasury bonds. more specifically, he has his fund managers manage doing that and his taxes for him.
he makes more money than the average american by having his name on a piece of paper

his dad pulled literally everything out of the market so i assume he's playing safe as well

he's jealous of my job though and ironically i'm his connection into industry because the family business isn't doing too well.
