When spouted by large enough groups of people, FUD does actually have an effect here. Just look at Chainlink for a good example of how shilling and fudding can seriously change prices. There are also paid groups of shills and funders, and a lot of them do come from India; if you can't tell them from their very distinctive broken English on here, just check fiverr and other sites advertising "paid promotions" and you'll see it isn't just delusion.
