That's a good thing. Apart from all the biological reasons billionaires are male it's also a wealth bracket that requires absolute one minded devotion to work. As in live, breathe and sleep at the office. Even the case for most millionaires.

I don't think it's a good trait for anyone but especially not women who should be disposed towards caring and family rearing.

Also at least a male billionaire will invariably have a wife at home raising the kids singlehandedly, meaning the intelligent billionaire genes will pass on. The female billionaire will likely have a working husband and no kids, throwing the genes away.
