It's fantastic if you take it without a specific purpose and live your life normally pushing your boundaries slightly. It's much easier to break through mental barriers and anxiety and genuinely connect with people at low doses. The issue comes when people take doses over 1 gram chasing the stimulant like high it brings at high doses. You can get addicted and fall into depression very easily through this. I take 300-900mg twice a week in the morning with coffee and just go about my day like usual and try and leave my comfort zone sober or not.
