I live in FL because it is a lot cheaper than other "nice" places to live. I lived in LA for almost 5 years, lived in Denver for almost 2 years, and lived in Brooklyn for almost a year...I was paying over $3k per month for my apartment (it was close to santa monica blvd), gas was expensive as shit, just everything is fucking expensive.

Since moving to FL, I unironically have more money that I really know what to do with (besides just buying a bunch of Chainlink, buying my first income property, etc).

I've noticed that lots of people who make money have taken the Florida pill. The only people who hate FL are broke, usually live in FL, and have never been to a place like Schaal, AR or Jonestown, MS to see what a REAL shitty place is (don't get me wrong, there are some really shitty places in FL like Clewiston, Belle Glade, Pohokee, etc...but my guess is that no one that comes on biz is from those locations).
