If LINK is worth 1/5 of ETH. And ETH ATH was more than 1k. Does that mean selling LINK now is like selling ETH at 10$?

I looked it up on CMC. When ETH had a $990,000,000 market cap like LINK does now, ETH was $12.

So the questions we have to answer is:

1. Is LINK fundamentally worth at least 1/5 of ETH?

2. Will an overall crypto environment that allowed ETH to hit its ATH be replicated in (near ie before we die/are too old to fuck/etc.) future?

3. If the answer to both of these questions is yes, we ask ourselves again, does that then mean LINK holders are now essentially holding a 12$ ETH?

Let me know your feelings on these three points guys.
