I am. People don't read leases, sign them anyway and then complain when they get penalties.

I clearly stated in the lease that money must be IN MY ACCOUNT on the 31st or there will be a $1,000 late payment penalty.

He paid on the 1st and it only reflected in my account on the 2nd so I exacted my rights as per the agreement he signed and demanded the penalty amount.

The idiot refused to pay it and now we're going to the housing tribunal next week.
