I've been making twitch stream compilations on youtube, most videos get around 10k view but about 1/10 videos consistently reached 500k+ views which made a lot of money. I keep uploading around twice a week but even if I stopped, the videos that are up right now make me about 1.5k dollars a month. Thinking about getting into tik tok compilations but I don't know their social dynamics and how to market to them.

small business like a laundromat, Laundromats will be profitable in the coming decade due to a economic depression and people still needing to wash their clothes while not owning a washer themselves or needing to use powder instead of the expensive pods which is much cheaper to use. Rental properties will be good, It's not worth buying them right now and dividends are not worth investing in stock until the recession we are overdue for(2 and some years currently). I would hold all your money for now and when it hits buy up single family rental properties and cheap stock such as at&t.

>>16946413
Dividends are actually great to invest in at all times. They're not as price stable a as bond maybe, but usually a stock crash should not lead to big boys cutting their dividend, so it's a way to earn passive income while buying more at cheap prices. It's all about time in the market, not timing.

There's a lot of corporate debt and consumer debt, People will be selling and I don't buy that outcome. So much debt that next recession will most likely be a depression infact. 85% more debt than in 2008. Most of my money is in gold but I do have 30k in a savings account waiting to snag shares when the price drops. 30-40% price drop in rental properties when the housing bubble pops.

People speculated the recession in 2018 because of the notion that the longest recessions we've ever had in the usa were at most 8 years and we're already two years past that. The last time the economy went 10 full years of expansion was right before the stock market crash of 1929 and then in 1932 the full recession which turned into the great depression. During 1929 people were buying stocks even though they knew people had debt and the economy was about to crash, Similar to our position today. This is the longest expansion of the dow jones in the history of america even surpassing the roaring 20's expansion which is what fueled the great depression was because of all that debt. I repeat this is the first time in the history of america this has happened. The ending is not going to look pretty, No one knows when it could pop in 2020, it could pop in 2021 but you better be prepared to cash out or be smart enough to or you are going to get assrapped and lose all your life savings.

*because of the notion that the longest EXPANSIONS we've ever had in the usa were at most 8 years

not recessions my bad. Either was this is completely unique and the first time america has ever gone 10 years into an expansion with this much debt. People that doubt it will happen will take the hardest fall if they are not careful.

Heres the most important thing to know about passive income:

Everyone wants it and only rich people get it. If you have 500k-1.5m or so to dump into a franchise, you can make it happen.. but franchises, fast food etc are what everyone wants.. and so you need to resort to lesser franchises that most people ignore, like ones that buy up property at pennies on the dollar from bank repos etc, fix em up and sell them.

im probably gonna get called a shill, but i get 10% P.A. earnings paid out weekly in the same shitcoins i have locked in the crypto.com app, and 14% on stablecoins when i lock them up for 3 months. I get 2% extra P.A because i have locked 5000 MCO, but users with no lock get 6% P.A on most coins and 8% on stablecoins IIRC.

I have made €1800 ish passively on my crypto on this since june 2019. You have to trust the company though, but i have been with them since literally day 1 so i trust them.

Might be too risky for some, but its money i can afford to lose anyway.

hey look another bunch of retards that have no idea how money works. heres a clue - central banks inflate the money supply and use it to leverage the creation of assets. dollars lose value. assets are priced in dollars. therefore price of assets rise. assets are used as leverage to create more money and more assets. this is how you terraform a fucking planet. you and every other moron that keep calling for the end are the reason this thing will keep going up until the fucking world implodes.
