Imagine being in the top 3,000 richest men of X industry. It's a new frontier and being in 3,000th place would mean there's a lot of people in the world who are further down the list, but only 2,999 people further up. All the other industries must adapt to go through smart contracts and work with data structures or they will be prohibitively expensive to keep things afloat. With staking you do not even have to sell anything, just take the income and diversify. Link is very much a get rich quick scheme. Because, for some reason I cannot fathom, apparently when the price goes up the highest price LINK will EVER reach comes down.
