A friend's friend owns a call center in India that provides customer service for U.S. companies. She wants me to open a business account here to avoid the surcharges she incurs in the money transfers. Is this legal? if so, after taxes would this be profitable for both parties? I think the surcharges are around 10-12%. Using a payment gateway it'd be a 4-5% or something. I would get a small cut.
